For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we do NOT accept returns or issue refunds on any of our products.
All products from Mily Gerig Skincare Glow Shop are carefully stored and shipped to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee that it has been handled or stored properly.

📦 Damaged Products or Order Errors
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will review the case and, if approved, offer an appropriate solution.
